It covers in depth answers to core HR policies and procedures in just about every aspect of HR. Visit the SHRM store for details but the books are usually significantly cheaper here on Amazon. I'm a certified SHRM member so I will definitely be doing that. If you are new to the field it is an answer book indeed. If you are looking for answers in your HR capacity then look no further. Answers all necessary questions.
