Unbelievable amount of items that contradIct each other!! Like under foods that are good to eat on renal diet - spinach (listed under fruits and under vegetable) and then also listed in “what NOT to eat�? Also recipes are ridiculous and contain numerous ingredients that are never mentioned in the recipe itself. First it very hard to have ANY faith in what this guy writes. Would LOVE to return it but unfortunately started off by highlighting items before I realized what a loser this book is. Would like to give negative stars but not an option
An informative book. A lot of information was learned about diet. I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short book. There are a lot of minerals that are not good for our kidneys when in excess. This cookbook explains this concept along with the minerals that we need to control in our diet. The renal diet is great way to maintain healthy kidneys and overall health. Creator completed a phenomenal activity. I'll likely prescribe this book to my loved ones. Thanks to creator.
Too many typos to count. Sentence structure and grammar are not proper standard English. Pictures in the recipe section are blurry and do not match the facing recipe. Conflicting information in various sections. There is no way this book was written by a doctor!
This is an excellent diet book.This cookbook will describe some basic concepts and physiological phenomena of nephropathy,and proposes how to control sodium,potassium,protein and fluid in the diet to ensure the normal metabolism of patients and also tells you what foods to eat and what not to eat.I hope you must find this book useful.
The cover looks nice, but there is no publishing information about the author. I like to research the authors to verify their authenticity. I couldn't find anything about him. Also, there are many typographical errors throughout the entire book. Some of the information contradicts other renal research.

Very well written. Really explains what and why renal are important. Lots of goodIdeas for food but some are a little complicated for a man not used to cooking. But I'm working on lot.
